Establishment of Private Investment Funds

1. Creation and administration of exempt restricted funds (to a maximum of 50 members) in accordance with the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Act 1988
2. Arrange scheme documentation and third party agreements
3. Publish NAV in relation to exempt schemes to private investors
4. Reconciliation, discharge fund expenses and preparation of valuations
